Work Diary is an application for managing and tracking working hours with a shift schedule — created specifically for Bulgarian working conditions.

Whether you work a regular shift or shifts in a factory, hospital, security, transport, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, customs or another field with a shift regime, the application does all the calculations for you and shows you exactly how many hours you have worked, how many hours you have left until the norm and you can easily track your vacations, sick leave, etc.

Schedule generation:
• Built-in shift models: First/Second shift, 24-hour shift, Day/Day, Day/Night, Day/Night/Night, Regular shift, as well as Regular shift with location (on-call)
• Create a monthly or annual schedule with a few clicks
• Possibility of your own, fully customized shift model

Editing and tracking:
• Marking sick leave, paid and unpaid leave, business trip, compensation and on-call time
• Notes for each day of the calendar
• Calendar with colors and/or letters for quick orientation

Accurate calculations according to Bulgarian legislation:
• Automatic calculation of night work, overtime work and work on public holidays
• Comparison of hours worked with the official monthly norm, incl. for sick leave and vacation
• Tracking the balance of vacations, including carrying over unused days to the next year

Reviews and reports:
• Separate reviews for night and overtime work, sick leave, vacations and others (compensations, business trips, number of shifts by type)
• Export of the schedule to Excel or PDF in tabular form, ready for submission to the employer
• Import of already saved schedules, currently importing only schedules generated by the application itself. This way, the generated schedules can be shared.

Reminders:
• Notifications for an upcoming workday, on-call time, vacation, business trip or compensation - so you don't miss anything

Profile and synchronization:
• Login with a Google account and synchronization of schedules in the cloud for backup between devices, when changing phones

The basic functions of the application are completely free. For users who want more - cloud synchronization, their own shift templates and an ad-free experience - we also offer advanced paid options.
