🏢 Tenant + — everything you need for living together in the building, in one place.

The application is intended for tenants and building managers. Join your building with a code or QR scan and instantly get an overview of everything that's happening in your building.

👥 FOR TENANTS
• Vote on polls on building decisions — with a clear deadline and insight into the results
• Monitor the balance of the building's account through the reviewed chart
• Report a malfunction (elevator, water, electricity...) with a photo and track the status of the repair
• Read the manager's announcements on the bulletin board, and submit your own announcements for approval
• Have useful building contacts handy (foreman, emergency services, manager...)
• Receive push notifications about new surveys, announcements and application status

🔑 HOW TO JOIN THE BUILDING
The manager gives you the building code or QR code. Enter the code during registration or scan the QR code with your phone — done, you're connected to your building.
