Since 2018, we have been working hard to create an insurance company that is based on trust, is easy to use and designed for how people live today.

Started like something interesting and new, very smooth in the beginning. Have since step by step increased their prices and become exactly what they said they were against, an insurance company where they catch you in the fine print. Have also severely dropped behind on the app development and serious bugs go unfixed (just read the reviews). Gone from strong recommendation to avoid.

Nice packaging and fast replies but seldom positive response to claims or accidents. Also, got lured in with a great promotion price and then they started to increase above my old insurance company (where terms is better) so I've switched back. Also, when I wanted to move both cars (both 2019) they only accepted one and couldn't give any feedback on why the other wasn't eligible. I'm sorry to say that when in comes to insurance, old-school is better than startup (at least in this case).

It started well but in the end the app is always broken and it's a terrible experience. Poor support and they also gave my personal data to another insurance company without my consent, telling them that I'm no longer insured (and thus I may be interested in a new insurance) while I was still insured with Hedvig.
