Heed is a voice-first life organizer that runs entirely on your phone.

Speak. Heed listens, transcribes, and sorts what you said into the right list — tasks, ideas, things to buy,
reminders, journal entries. No cloud servers, no tracking, no ads. Your voice never leaves your device.

WHY HEED IS DIFFERENT

Most voice apps send your audio to cloud servers for transcription and AI processing. Heed doesn't. The
transcription engine (Whisper) and the categorization model (Gemma) both run locally on your phone. Even with
Wi-Fi off, Heed works exactly the same.

This isn't a privacy promise — it's a structural fact. Heed has no analytics SDKs, no tracking libraries, and no
remote AI calls. The only network access is downloading the AI models on first launch.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Tap the mic, or set Heed as your digital assistant in Android settings to invoke it from any screen

3. Heed transcribes the audio and breaks it into separate items
4. The on-device AI sorts each item into the right category — tasks, buy, reminders, ideas, work, journal
5. Reminders fire on time. Tasks stay until you check them off. Everything is searchable by voice.
