About this app
Heej is private messaging from Amsterdam.
Every chat is end-to-end encrypted, so only the people in it can read it. Not us, not anyone in between. Our servers stay in Europe, under Dutch law.
Heej is built on Matrix, an open protocol, so no single company owns the network or decides who you can reach.
Simple and quiet by design:
• No ads, no tracking, no training on your messages
• Photos, videos, voice messages and files
• Voice and video calls
• Groups, replies, reactions and forwards
• Hand-drawn icons and emoji, by a person
Heej is invite-only for now. Ask a friend who has it, or sign up at heej.com and we will email you when your invite is ready.
