my app keep freezing sometimes chat icon will not turn green and some times I feel I am Shadow ban because my earnings have reduced way too much which is not good at all

I can't find the registration button to make a new account, I just downloaded the app and can't find anything....a little help here, please

After using it for a while it just stopped working, did not let me log in in any of my accounts and keep sending the error message blaming my internet connection 😡, after uninstall and install again still not working. Not first time it happened last time it solved itself after a couple weeks but I'm not waiting that long this time, not worth it.
