Inspection process: • Choose Self Inspection • You will receive an SMS with Reference No & application download link • On opening the app, you will be auto-logged in to the application • Help your self with the 'Engine & Chassis No Locator Guide' to help yourself find your vehicle Engine/Chassis No. • Park your vehicle in an open area with ample sunlight • Start recording the video - as guided • Take photos- as guided • Submit the inspection • Our team will process the inspection in 1 hour • Make a payment from the link received • Policy Issued
Required Permission • Camera/Storage - To capture photo and video in order to upload your inspection • Location – For timestamp with location over the image as watermark • Microphone – To capture the audio along with the video recording

The app itself never opens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. Your customer care person asked me to use another phone and start the insurance process. Though it's a weird solution still I tried but of no use. Scroll through the comments to see all the negative reviews and work on it. Don't lose customers because of pathetic app. The error message " Sorry we are unable to connect with server. Try after sometime". This message is coming since last 5 days.

It's been more than 24 hours since I did the self inspection of my car and uploaded the photos and video. Sent them at 3:30 pm yesterday (20/7/2023). There has been no revert or link for payment sent by you all. If you are not going to take any action then what's the point of this app?? It has been Futile exercise for me.

This app need more more more more development. Very poor Quality and Crashing multiple times. It wasted my two days for a car inspection only. I Don't understand why they are creating such a cheap one. sorry to say Self inspection for a car is very difficult with this app.
