Ratings and reviews

Poor product search. Many carried products don't show up in the search function. No aisle info on search results to find products. Makes the search function basically useless. If you want to go there to get something, you have no idea where to find it, or even if they carry it, since the search results are unreliable or missing altogether. That's why I only go to Heinen's as a last resort.

Very cumbersome and hard to find the product I'm looking for. Too much back and forth, searching for everything! Sorry, it wasn't perfect to begin with but find it totally unusable and very inefficient and time consuming. I have currently moved to Giant Eagle over the past three months, but I would actually prefer Heinans Quality. Heinans technology is not User friendly.

I hate this app so much! In addition to the search bringing up everything I DON'T want, and my pick up or delivery time expiring 9 minutes into shopping unless I hurry up and check out, now I'm getting a message that some of the items in my cart are unavailable for pick up, but it won't let me dismiss the message to see what those items are or what else is in my cart until I remove the items. I clicked "remove the items" and now they're gone and I don’t know what they were!! HATE THIS APP!
