Poor product search. Many carried products don't show up in the search function. No aisle info on search results to find products. Makes the search function basically useless. If you want to go there to get something, you have no idea where to find it, or even if they carry it, since the search results are unreliable or missing altogether. That's why I only go to Heinen's as a last resort.

I hate this app so much! In addition to the search bringing up everything I DON'T want, and my pick up or delivery time expiring 9 minutes into shopping unless I hurry up and check out, now I'm getting a message that some of the items in my cart are unavailable for pick up, but it won't let me dismiss the message to see what those items are or what else is in my cart until I remove the items. I clicked "remove the items" and now they're gone and I don’t know what they were!! HATE THIS APP!

the new Heinen's app is way worse than the old one, even after several months. I am opted in to text messages about items in my order, yet today my order arrived missing half the items and no messages were sent that would have allowed me to select a replacement. also, in the old app you could select specific replacements and it wiuld remember it the next time you bought it. Now you need to select the replacements for every item each time you shop.
