I have had quite a difficult time with the app since last week. I have tried several times to withdraw without success. I'm beginning to have a rethink concerning all my policies. every time I come to look for where to insert an account number to withdraw it just freezes. I also wonder why the app misbehaves only when you come to withdraw. All my mails to your above stated email have gone unanswered. I am forced to give you a star just so I can post my displeasure.

I make all my payment on triple plan pay on the app , but now is not working, the option for virtual account is showing unknown error messages, and am have over 2m on the app , am beginning to think otherwise. what's the problem is more than 2 months now

you were able to help me save but getting back that money has lots of protocol which might not be easy for people in a hurry and this doesn't sound funny .
