I've had a great experience with my card reader and the interface as a whole. The card reader works great. I haven't had any glitches. The batches have been going through on their own just fine. I'm getting email notifications when batches and card purchases go through. It's been great to add cash purchases so I have everything in one place. The online ordering feature has been great and works well. There are plenty of videos and help when I get stuck. It's been really great!

Very unhappy experience so far! Between glitches in the system preventing customers adding their payment or even making a payment. Sometimes it works, most of the time it did not. Then it randomly locks users out. Today for no reason my own account is locked! I am only like a month into using this service. We have always used QB for invoicing and payments, never have had issues with them. This one refuses to take customers payments 🤷‍♀️ Oh and must have a desktop to do certain things, annoying.

POS portion is pathetic. Only allows fixed pricing. Doesnt show correct total cost of items in cart when item weight is used. Discounts dont work properly, multiple discounts not allowed. Discounts are not recorded in reports. No overall daily summary available, must print multiple pages to get all documentation. Receipts not itemized. Deposits take 3-4 days to appear, not 1 or 2. 2 stars because customer service reps are nice, but not good at troubleshooting. No solutions to above issues.
