HORRIBLE! This app is difficult to use, especially when you want to change your MAXIMUM Payment Amount! APTEXX itself is a SCAM, they can charge $4.95 processing fees now and Property Owners are not telling Residents ahead of time about rent issues, if they undercharge you for rent they hit you up for EVERYTHING and they want it NOW which definitely incurrs LATE FEES because we are told to SET A LIMIT TO PREVENT BEING OVERCHARGED! I don't think it is legal to do this to Renters.

The payment button is gone and I have to pay my rent. The app was working well! Is there anything I can do? I'm trying to contact people but so far inable to get ahold of anyone. I've only been renting for a few months and I've had no issues with this app. But now I only see the place I'm renting from logo. And I would like to pay the rest of my rent soon. If this can be fixed please fix it!!! Before march 1st!!

I use this app once a month to pay my rent, communicate to maintenance about things that need to be fixed in my apartment , or just communicate with the apartment managers on issues. I think this is a pretty good app that help you do what you need to do. You can pay your rent where ever you are from this app.
