This app doesn't work so I can't get my rent paid on time, I'm not off work on time to get to the bank,get charged a late fee and it goes on my credit report that it's never on time. It's a holiday weekend so since it's not working it's gonna be 3 days past due

i dont like this app.ive given them my information for auto pay .but they never take it on time nor attempt. and they charge 50$ late fee from me.when i go personally to the office and report. the office says its been a problem for many as every one is complaining. when I ask for my 50$ back they say time has passed. I messaged them but no response. its not a good way to take 50$ from a person like me who have pd every penny on the spot when they needed.and when you are on a small pension.

Shady middleman practices that are heavily unregulated under terms & conditions. Avoid if possible.
