The ResMan Resident app makes it easy to engage with your apartment community. Make a rent payment, submit a maintenance request, check for packages, and stay up to date on the latest community news right from your mobile device!

With the ResMan Resident App, you can

- Pay rent through the app with a credit or debit card, bank transfer (ACH), mobile check scanning, or even with cash at a participating retailer. You can also view your payment history or schedule a future payment.

- Initiate a maintenance request (with the option to include photos), see the status of an ongoing request, and view your request history.

The ResMan Resident App is designed for communities that use the ResMan property management platform, including ResMan Payments and the ResMan Resident Portal. Some app features may not be available, as options vary based on each community. If you have questions about specific features, please contact your property management company.

It grayed my bank account so I couldn't pay with it after I paid successfully with it 1 time, then was unable to add it again. Now that I want to pay my rent it keeps stalling at the loading screen . Even though I tested it the middle of the month to access it middle of the month. I tried uninstall, reinstall, etc. But Nothing Works! This App Doesn't work!

was working well for the first 6 months but now it won't allow me to add an amount to pay last month or this month so I have to wait for the office to be open to get them to send me a payment link instead. I checked to make sure I didn't need to update the app but there is no update needed, it just isn't working. please fix this issue because the whole point of paying via app is to not disturb apartment staff with a task I could be completing myself!

It doesn't even work. Says you can pay rent through the app but gives you no payment options, no links to a payment page. The company that developed it won't even acknowledge this, they say a resident must speak to their property manager. But the manager doesn't have any control over it. Absolutely ridiculous.
