Comment with photos to update progress based on each work order. Preventive Maintenance which generates checklist to ensure that teams keep track of it and get it done. List of vendors are shared across all projects, everyone referring to the same master list. Asset QR code capability to enable users to see the history of work order / maintenance + details of this asset. And finally reporting that summarizes month to month status for work order, preventive maintenance and completion time analysis.
