About this app

Asteras Pro is the official call handling application of Radiotaxi Asteras Thessaloniki,
exclusively for professional taxi drivers who are registered in the system.

IMPORTANT: The application only works with an active driver code. If you are not a registered driver of
Radiotaxi Asteras, the application will NOT work.

• Automatic reception of incoming customer calls in real time
• Navigation and map (OpenStreetMap / Mapbox) for customer address
• Driver status management: Free, On call, Boarding, Pause
• Stands with queue and position indication
• Direct call to the customer with one tap
• Send and receive messages with the center, with voice dictation support

• Route statistics

REQUIRED PERMISSIONS
• Location (continuous): necessary to allocate calls to the closest drivers. No routes are collected
beyond the shift.
• Microphone: only for voice dictation of messages to the center. No recordings are sent or
stored — conversion is done locally on the device.
• Full screen notifications / display over other applications: to display incoming calls
while the driver is using navigation. Functionally equivalent to an incoming phone call.
