Ratings and reviews

I've only had limited interactions with the app and the important stuff seems to work, but not well. The biggest issue is the forum, where notifications can be extremely delayed, or missed entirely, and there doesn't seem to be any way to expand uploaded images from their cropped previews (or tell what those previews will show when uploading them). I didn't even know you could add descriptions to images until making my own post. The text fields also don't allow suggestions or auto correct.

Services are complicated to book (I've tried to hire a cleaning service three times) nothing works the way you would expect in this app. Constant push notifications, but if I click the notification I am never taken to the message, rather, I get taken to the hello Alfred home page where I have to use their terrible navigation to hunt down the thing I got a push notification for. The app is slow, links are connected to the wrong pages, amenities, events, and posts, are hard to find.

App is extremely slow, hangs for seconds at a time when simply navigating. Also why can't you implement the use of auto correct in the app?
