Ratings and reviews

Services are complicated to book (I've tried to hire a cleaning service three times) nothing works the way you would expect in this app. Constant push notifications, but if I click the notification I am never taken to the message, rather, I get taken to the hello Alfred home page where I have to use their terrible navigation to hunt down the thing I got a push notification for. The app is slow, links are connected to the wrong pages, amenities, events, and posts, are hard to find.

Update 9/24/2025 You would think that an app would get better as it updates, but the opposite is true here. Now the app won't work at all if you have developer options enabled. There is zero reason this is needed for this, banking, credit card, hell even apps that use personal health information don't need developer options disabled. This is by far the worst app ever made.

I get logged out constantly, and the buttons at the bottom of the screen are under the menu buttons for my phone, so I can't use them. This kind of thing also shouldn't be limited to just an app, a website would be much better
