Ratings and reviews

Services are complicated to book (I've tried to hire a cleaning service three times) nothing works the way you would expect in this app. Constant push notifications, but if I click the notification I am never taken to the message, rather, I get taken to the hello Alfred home page where I have to use their terrible navigation to hunt down the thing I got a push notification for. The app is slow, links are connected to the wrong pages, amenities, events, and posts, are hard to find.

App does not load at all and crashes immediately. Absolutely should not be happening with an app that's required for creating maintainance requests for an apartment. If your property managers use this service, they don't have residents in mind at all.

I get logged out constantly, and the buttons at the bottom of the screen are under the menu buttons for my phone, so I can't use them. This kind of thing also shouldn't be limited to just an app, a website would be much better
