HelloBiller is a simple khata book and udhar ledger for your phone. Write down who took goods on credit, who paid back, and which bills are still pending. Everything stays in one place, with or without internet.

Replace the paper khata, the udhaar copy and the hisab kitab register behind your counter. No torn pages, no arguments over amounts, and nothing lost if the book goes missing.

CUSTOMER & SUPPLIER KHATA
Open a khata for every customer and supplier with just a name. Add a phone number, pick one from your contacts, or import a whole list from a CSV or Excel file. Pin regular customers to the top, archive settled ones, and search by name or phone.

GAVE & GOT LEDGER
Record every "gave" and "got" in seconds with a large keypad that also works as a calculator. Each entry shows the running balance right after it, so you always know where the account stood. Entries read like a chat, grouped by day, with filters for date, photos and notes.

BILL & RECEIPT PHOTOS
Attach a photo of the bill or receipt to any entry as proof. Photos are compressed to save space and data, and load quickly even on a weak connection.

EDIT HISTORY
Every change to an amount is saved with the old value, new value and time, and needs your passcode. So when a customer says "I never said 500", you have the answer.

UDHAR REMINDERS
Set a collection date for any customer and get a notification that morning. Send a ready-made WhatsApp or SMS reminder in one tap, and edit the message in your own words. Overdue customers are tagged, so you know who to follow up first. An optional evening summary shows what you gave, got and what is overdue.

STATEMENTS & REPORTS
Share a clean PDF or image ledger statement on WhatsApp or email for any period. See how much you will get and how much you owe, your top 5 customers owing, weekly and monthly totals, and an ageing view of dues (0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days). Export reports as PDF or Excel/CSV.
