About this app

Bravio is the field companion to the Bravio service management platform, built for the technicians who maintain and repair medical equipment in hospitals, clinics and labs.IMPORTANT: This app requires a Bravio account provided by your employer. Accounts cannot be created in the app. If your organisation does not use Bravio, this app will not be usable.

BUILT FOR PLACES WITH NO SIGNAL

Basements, plant rooms, shielded imaging suites. Every screen reads from a copy of your data held on the phone, and everything you do is saved on the device first and sent afterwards. Change a status, fill in a report, request a part, capture a signature — none of it needs a connection. Work sends itself the moment you are back online, and nothing is lost if the app closes in between.

YOUR WORK ORDERS

See what is assigned to you, with the facility, asset, schedule and contact on the card. Search and filter instantly by facility, date or status. Get directions or call the site contact in one tap. Update the job status, log labour with a built-in timer, add notes, and record the parts you fitted.

SERVICE REPORTS

Fill in the procedure attached to the asset — pass/fail checks, measurements with automatic in-range validation, numbers, text and dropdowns. Attach photos from the camera or gallery; they are compressed on the device so they upload quickly over hospital Wi-Fi. Open the manuals and diagrams attached to a procedure while you are standing in front of the equipment.

Your work is saved as you type. There is no save button to forget.

SIGN-OFF ON SITE

Capture a technician and a customer signature with a finger, with the signer's printed name. Signatures are taken once per visit and appear on the service report PDF your office produces.

RAPID INSPECTION

Working through a lot of equipment in one visit? Scan barcodes to move from device to device without typing, or pick from a searchable list of everything recorded at that site. Progress is tracked against the whole facility, so you can see how much is left. Equipment that is not in the system yet can be added on the spot, without leaving the visit.

Search the parts catalogue offline. Request parts against a job and follow them from Pending to Ordered to Arrived. Check quantity on hand — what is in your own van, and what is held elsewhere — before you promise a repair.

TEAM CHAT

A Town Hall channel for the whole organisation and direct messages with colleagues. Reference a work order, asset, facility or part in a message and it becomes a link the reader can open. Mention someone to notify them. Send photos, reply by swiping a message, and react with a tap. Messages typed with no signal send when you reconnect.

STAY CURRENT WITHOUT CHECKING

Get notified when a job is assigned to you or its schedule changes. Everything else — a corrected phone number, a new asset, an updated parts catalogue — simply appears, without a notification for every change.

WHAT YOU NEED

An account created for you by your organisation's Bravio administrator. Camera access is only needed for barcode scanning and photos, and notification access only for job alerts; the app works without either.
