About this app

Hello Poshong is an app that securely connects the QR code engraved on the back of the OUR HOME child safety necklace or bracelet to the guardian's mobile phone. It is available for both Android and iPhone (App Store).

Hello Poshong is not a location tracker. When a child becomes separated from their guardian, the person who finds the child scans the QR code, which opens a screen allowing them to call the guardian. The finder does not need to install the app, and the guardian's actual phone number is not displayed. The call is connected via a 050 safe number.

OUR HOME is a house-shaped piece of 925 sterling silver jewelry engraved with the child's name, and it can also be prepared as a gift for a 100-day celebration or a first birthday.

■ Private for Both Parties

• The QR screen only displays the service name, a greeting written by the guardian, a phone button, a notice regarding number privacy, and emergency reporting instructions.

• The child's name, photo, age, and address, as well as the guardian's name and actual number, do not appear on the QR screen.

• The safe number is issued only when the person who finds the child presses the phone button. ■ Two Guardians with a Single Scan

• You can register up to two contact numbers per product. If the first number is not answered, the call will automatically switch to the second number. It may not switch if the call is busy or rejected.

■ Register Directly in the App

• Registration begins when you point your camera at the QR code on the necklace or bracelet.

• Once you create a child profile, you can link it to multiple products.

• You can check how others will see the screen via the QR screen preview.

■ Scan/Contact Notifications

• You will receive push notifications when someone opens the QR screen or attempts to contact you.

• You can check the history on the notification screen and call back while hiding your number.

■ Login and Account Management

• Log in with your Kakao account.

• You can delete your account and registration information at any time via the "Withdraw Membership" option in the menu.

■ App Permissions

• Camera: Used only to read the product's QR code. Photos are not saved or transmitted.

• Notifications: Used to receive scan/contact notifications. You can still use the app even if you do not allow this.

• You must have a Hello Poshong OUR HOME necklace or bracelet ordered with the 'QR Engraving' option to register.

• Connection is provided via phone only; text message connection is not supported.

• Call charges for the safe number follow the mobile carrier plan subscribed to by the caller.

• In emergency situations, please report to 112 or 119 first.

• Hello Poshong does not track the child's location and does not collect the child's photos or location information.
