Membership and payments arent clear. I went to my first appointment and my waxer signed me up for the membership without telling me how it works. Youre charged on the first of every month, so you're obligated at that point to use your credit that month for an appointment, rather than being charged at appointment time. Its a marketing tactic. And then, when i go to use the credit, it still charges me 2 bucks for booking, and tells me I owe at my application. This is pretty scammy.

I absolutely love my technician and love the services they offer but communication is trash! I have been a paid reward membership client for over 9months straight and have earned ZERO rewards for this paid membership. I have messaged the chat. I have spoke with the tech and no one seems to know what the issue is. The membership does give you a less expensive monthly price)which is why I continue it) but that seems to be your ONLY reward for paying to participate unfortunately.

I have tried to make an appointment with a certain location only for it to take me to the wrong location. it is frustrating given that I drove far only FOR NOTHING and I am overstimulated and overwhelmed as a new customer.
