Membership and payments arent clear. I went to my first appointment and my waxer signed me up for the membership without telling me how it works. Youre charged on the first of every month, so you're obligated at that point to use your credit that month for an appointment, rather than being charged at appointment time. Its a marketing tactic. And then, when i go to use the credit, it still charges me 2 bucks for booking, and tells me I owe at my application. This is pretty scammy.

I have tried to make an appointment with a certain location only for it to take me to the wrong location. it is frustrating given that I drove far only FOR NOTHING and I am overstimulated and overwhelmed as a new customer.

Love it here! Received my first Brazilian wax, and it was actually not as painful as people say. Booked through a promotional ad on Facebook, and I've been hooked every since. They are fast and efficient.
