About this app

helloswap puts your work schedule in your pocket. See your next shift at a glance, swap with a colleague in a couple of taps, and ask for time off without chasing anyone.

helloswap is for people whose company uses helloswap for scheduling. Log in with the account your manager invited you to — the app doesn't create new companies.

YOUR SCHEDULE
• Your next shift front and centre, with a live countdown
• This week at a glance, colour-coded by morning, day, evening and night
• Tap any shift to see its length, paid hours, break and who else is working that day
• See the whole team's schedule, department by department
• Your schedule stays readable without signal — the last version is saved on your phone

SWAPS AND OPEN SHIFTS
• Give a shift away to a colleague or to the whole team
• Trade shifts when a colleague already works that day
• Pick up open shifts from the swap board for extra hours
• Your manager approves the final swap, and every swap is checked against your company's working-time rules

TIME OFF AND AVAILABILITY
• Request holiday, sick days, unpaid or parental leave and follow the decision
• See exactly how many working days each time off is
• Accept or decline time off your manager proposes for you
• Mark the times you usually can't work so you aren't scheduled then

FOR MANAGERS
• Approve or decline swaps and time-off requests on the go
• See who's on shift now, who's coming in later and who's away today

YOUR PROFILE
• Update your photo, phone number and emergency contact
• Choose which notifications you get — new schedules, swaps, time-off decisions and shift reminders — and whether by push or email
• Log in with Face ID or your fingerprint
• Delete your profile from the app at any time

What’s new

The app is now available in 24 languages. Fixes a problem where the app could stay on the login screen after a first login. Smaller improvements throughout.
