Enterprise Operations
Access and manage enterprise-related information required for authorized business operations.

Contract Reference
Reference contractual information and associated values recorded through relevant banks or payment service providers.
Values displayed in Hello ORC are references to contractual or supporting records. They are not funds held or processed by Hello ORC.

Authorization
Manage authorization-related information and supporting documentation associated with enterprise business arrangements.

Documentation
Access and manage enterprise-related documents and supporting records according to assigned permissions.

Controlled Access
Access is controlled according to user roles and authorization.
Hello ORC supports email and password authentication. Two-factor authentication may be enabled depending on account configuration.

Enterprise Access
Hello ORC is intended for exporters, authorized enterprises, their employees, and authorized representatives.
Public account registration is currently not available directly within the application. Access is provided through the enterprise onboarding process.

No Direct Financial Transactions
Hello ORC does not directly receive, hold, transfer, exchange, or otherwise transact with funds.
Hello ORC is not a bank, payment service provider, payment initiation service, electronic wallet, foreign exchange organization, remittance organization, or open payment system.
Financial or contractual values displayed in the application are references to contractual information or supporting records associated with banks or payment service providers.
Hello ORC is provided for enterprise operational and information management purposes.
