Hell Blaze is a blasting puzzle set in a narrow burning pit six columns wide and ten rows deep. Tap any two or more touching embers of the same colour and the whole group goes up at once, while everything above it drops into the gap. Bigger groups pay far more than small ones, because every blast is scored on the square of its size, so eight embers in one tap is worth four times what two blasts of four would give you.
The pit does not stand still. Every second blast a fresh row of embers is pushed in from below and the entire stack climbs one row closer to the rim. The moment the top row is occupied when a new row arrives, the run is over. That single rule turns the whole game into a race against your own progress, because the faster you clear, the faster the pit feeds you.
Every blast also charges the heat bar along the top of the pit. When it fills completely the blaze button lights up, and one press burns the two lowest rows out of the pit and buys you a lot of breathing room. Saving the blaze for the exact moment the stack is about to reach the rim is the single most valuable habit in the game. The pit also watches itself, and if the embers on screen ever contain no legal pair at all, they are rearranged so a run never dies on a dead board.
Eight marks record the milestones, from a first deep run to a fourteen ember firestorm, a hundred blasts and forty survived rises. The lost souls ladder puts your deepest run against a set of players who did not make it out.
Hell Blaze is portrait only and completely offline. There is no account, no advertising, nothing to purchase and no timer. Your deepest run, your marks and your ladder place stay on the device, and the settings screen has one clear data button that burns every trace of them away.
Blast touching embers before the rising pit pushes the stack over the rim.
