Helios is an augmented-reality solar planner. Point your phone at the sky and watch the sun's path overlaid on what your camera sees — today's arc, the summer and winter solstice extremes, and the moon's nightly journey.

When you're thinking about installing solar panels, the question that matters most is: where will the sun actually shine on your roof, and where will trees, buildings or terrain get in the way? Helios answers it.

▸ AR SUN PATHS
See where the sun rises, peaks, and sets — overlaid live on the world through your camera. Sweep across your roof or yard and watch the today, summer, and winter sun paths in their real positions.

▸ MAP YOUR SHADE
Pan the camera across the sky a few times and Helios builds an obstruction map of your site. Trees, buildings, terrain — anything in the sun's way gets tracked. Segments of the sun's path that hit obstructions turn red, so you can see at a glance how much daylight a panel would lose at this location.

▸ MONTHLY SOLAR REPORT
Get a month-by-month yield estimate for your site in kWh/m², based on clear-sky physics and your obstruction map. Helios recommends the best panel tilt and facing based on the shading you've mapped — not abstract textbook angles. One tap applies it.

▸ MULTI-FACE ROOFS
Got panels on two sides of a gable roof? Helios handles split layouts — east + west, different tilts, custom area splits.

▸ EXPORT AND SHARE
Export the report as a one-page PDF for proposals, or a portrait image for messaging. Solar contractors, this is for you.

▸ MULTIPLE SITES
Each site is saved automatically by location. Name them ("Home", "Customer X's roof"), revisit anytime. Free version keeps your 3 most recently-scanned sites unlocked; Pro unlocks unlimited saved sites for installers and serious planners.

▸ PRIVACY
Everything stays on your device. Helios has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Your scan data, your location, your camera frames — all local. The free version shows one banner ad on the report screen (Google AdMob); Pro removes it.

▸ NO INTERNET REQUIRED
After the first launch, Helios works fully offline. GPS, camera, and sensors are all you need. (Some features that talk to Google's servers — ads, in-app purchases — obviously need network when used.)
