Help Chain connects you with people nearby when your vehicle leaves you stranded.
A flat tyre on a highway. An empty tank two kilometres from the nearest pump. A breakdown when you need help. Or simply looking for a driver going your way. Help Chain helps you connect with nearby people for help, trips, and useful driver services.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Post your request. Pick a category, add a photo or voice note, and your location is attached automatically.
2. Nearby helpers are alerted. Help Chain users who are available to help and within range can receive a notification.
3. One person accepts. You both see each other on a live map, and a private chat opens so you can coordinate.
4. Help arrives. Track the helper's location, stay connected through chat or call, mark the help complete, and rate each other.

FOR HELPERS
Switch on "Available to help" when you are willing to lend a hand. Requests near you can then reach you through the app. Switch it off whenever you don't want to receive requests.
Completed helps can earn points, badges and a place on the leaderboard.

Going somewhere? Post your trip and let nearby drivers know about your route.
Looking for a ride or a driver going your way? Browse available trips nearby and connect with drivers.
Whether you want to post a trip or take a trip, Help Chain makes it easier to connect with people travelling in the same direction.
DRIVER SERVICES
Help Chain also provides useful services for drivers in one place.
Access available driver-focused services directly through the app, making common travel and vehicle-related tasks easier while you're on the road.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU USE HELP CHAIN
Help Chain is a community platform. It is not an emergency service, a mechanic, a towing company, or a roadside assistance provider. In an emergency in India, call 112.
We do not run background checks, and we do not verify anyone beyond confirming their mobile number. The people you meet through Help Chain are strangers. Decide for yourself whether it is safe to go ahead, meet in a public place where you can, tell someone you trust where you are going, and leave if anything feels wrong.
Help Chain is for adults aged 18 and over.
You can report any user from the chat screen, and we look into every report.
LOCATION
Help Chain uses your location to match you with people close by.
The app collects location in the background ("Allow all the time") in two situations only:
• While you are on duty as a helper, so people nearby who need help can find you.
• While you have an open help request, so the person coming to help can reach you.
Background collection stops the moment you go off duty, or your request is completed or cancelled. You can change or revoke the permission at any time in Android Settings.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign in with your mobile number. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
Your account closes immediately and your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing back in during those 30 days restores it in full.
