Worst customer service. They don't want to solve the problem. I had to explain a problem hundred times and still they don't have any initiative to fix that. They just give helpguide and check it out from ourselves. If we have to fix everything why do I need customer support then? Also there website takes a lot of time to load. Worst service and product. Very disappointed.

4 stars in 2020, back to 3 in 2021. Why? After a year of daily usage, this app still needs improvement. I find that I often do not receive notifications on my device for incoming chats, or some times, they are delayed to the point where the potential customer has left my site. It definitely is not instant... even after I have bypassed the battery optimization and sleeping apps settings in Android.

Very limited in its use. Virtually zero transparency when it comes to help requests. "We have passed your feedback to our product team." And then never a single development. If only 0 stars was an option...
