At the beginning, it was very good. For the system, the logistic partner, everything is fine. But when the new version came out, my order canceled so many time because the "logistic" didn't found a driver for like... HOURS! and refund my money like third time. Well, it's not a good experience since I need to deliver some good for my customer, and my customer kinda mad because of the delay. Lol

The idea is great as the users are able to compare numerous online-delivery/ride-hauling' price at once. It enables us to choose the lowest price from range of options. But the user experience of the apps needs to be improved, they should provide "cek tarif" button too, and many many many time the "notes" of address were not addressed to the target service provider (i.e: I choose Borzo and write a notes abt the location, but the drivers showed me-numerous different drivers-they get blank note).

Help needs help for real. I admit that it offers discount for courier service, and I like that. But the crashing in the Apps system was so bad. I managed to order after went through 15 times crashing moments. The pin point in the maps is also hard to get. The Apps main appearance also needs a lot of work. It might be user friendly and easy to use, but you have to step the game in so many areas. This is the first time I rate and review an Apps and give low rating. What a bad experience using it.
