Horroble experience with Hely rental overall. Horrible app and horrible service, unreachable when needed and an app that doesn't work properly over half the time. Problems with unclaiming dye to location determination by the apps that's too far off compared to the stringent location requirements. Takes very long sometimes to lock or unlock. Can be very difficult to unclaim, woud you really want to take 5 to 10 minutes just unclaiming the bicycle when you need to catch a train.

In first half an hour of using it- timer was spinning out the control on it's own, scanning couldn't recognize bycicle, couldn't lock the bike and you need multiple steps to reserve it and to close reservation. Service they provide is expensive but this application is just another big minus imho. Not gonna use it ever again.

It freezes the whole phone whenever it's not responding for a few seconds. It requires location permission but one still needs to change hub manually, there's no option to select the nearest one automatically.
