It is one hell of a good app if u have anyother phone than samsung as samsung can set video to wallpaper without this app. U just need to save a video and go tot his app to set as wallpaper... it will ask u to edit it and do the changes.

This one reprocesses your videos before saving and applying, which doesn't always work. You still get to watch an ad before finding out.
