Omo, I don't encourage anybody to use this app if you need your money immediately. I just tried saving some amount of money and withdrawing was hell. Then, the interface is not eye-catching as a product designer myself I can't do a design like this. Try and update and be clear with your terms of service. I always thought I can get my money back and transact as a normal bank, but this is not the case. You can do better. -Ife.

There's nothing good about this Herconomy app, the app is not easy to navigate. Then, withdrawal is not made easy, you will practically have to be begging them to allow you withdraw you funds, and the customer rep are not helpful. The reason for keeping/saving money is to be bale to meet emergencies. And if I'm not able to get my money when I need it, the whole purpose of saving is forfeited. I even had to wait for the agreed time to withdraw, yet the app keeps saying insufficient fund. Sad.

You don't make savings easy. Some of us mothers wants to save for our children, business, family emergency and investment but there are not options for that. Also, we can only input our card for us to automatically save. While not also provide the option of transferring the funds to the various accounts. I can't save the way i would love to because of these retrictions and even if i want to use the options provided by you, at least, allow us to name them so we will know which category belongs
