Would have got a 5 but since the 21st it hasn't let me in or reset the password. When I went to the bank Liz tried and tried but then had to call tech. They told her it was our(another person was having the same issue) phones and we needed updates but my phone is totally u2d and so is the app sooooo??? Anyone have this issue and fixed it?

Worst app since upgrade. Doesn't work at all now. Can't get on anymore. It won't let me type in any of the answers to the security questions or my email won't show up. Most worthless app ever!!!!

My app won't show. Just very tiny word "Hereford Texas Federal Credit Union " My app erased now it's hard to fine. Ugh!
