What is "Hear for you"?
Hear for you is a mobile counseling support project for youth mental health by the Good With Us non-profit organization.
It means [Hear for you, Here for you, “I will listen to your story by your side.”],
and is a counseling platform built to provide mobile (chat, voice) counseling tailored to young people who are having difficulties.
● Here for you's functions
- Counseling reservation: Check counseling date, select counseling/problem type, fill out counseling application, make reservation, etc.
- Counseling: Check ongoing/completed counseling, participate in counseling
- Counseling review: Register review and view counseling reviews
● Here for you's features
- You can select a counseling method (chat, voice) through the application and proceed 1:1 non-face-to-face without time or location restrictions. - You can conveniently use it by making a consultation reservation/proceeding/reviewing through the application.
- Counseling will be conducted by counselors who are qualified as mental health specialists (national qualifications).
- Since it is conducted “free” without a separate consultation fee, you can use it comfortably without worrying about the cost.
● Hereforyou uses nicknames for both counselors and users to participate in the consultation, so personal information is protected.
The content of the consultation is guaranteed to be anonymous and confidential, and you participate in the consultation in compliance with the principles of confidentiality of consultation.
● Counseling operation hours and methods
- Counseling operation hours
: Reservation consultations are available from Monday to Friday until 9:30 PM, and reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the consultation time.
* Hereforyou consultations are not conducted on weekends and public holidays.
- Counseling method
: 1:1 non-face-to-face reservation/matching free consultation
: Create a time when the counselor is available for consultation -> You can make a reservation at the time when the consultation is available and participate in the consultation.
● How to support Hereforyou
Hereforyou platform is a counseling platform related to mental health and suicide prevention, where people who are struggling mentally can talk comfortably.
