Ratings and reviews

I previously reported that I didn't recieve monies back. I stand corrected that refund the monies. But it's still hard to get assigned a driver. I schedule a pick up 1 hr early, as described in app but was never assigned a driver. Was late for work had to call a cab. 😡

Bugs in the app, please fix, I tried to sign up to drive, but has several issues, 1. couldn't upload my photo, and even when I took a photo the app wouldn't load. 2. Entering your birth day could have been smoother, 3. Is a referral code required

I'm excited for you to get more drivers and for this to be a more available service in Atlanta. As it stands, even scheduling rides in advance does not mean they will get picked up. Hope to check back in a few months and have a better experience.
