Loving this! Curteous drivers & a transparent breakdown of how my fare is calculated is located in multiple places in the app. My driver used every safety precaution and got me to my destination ahead of schedule! Prices are very comparable to other ride share apps & my email inbox is flooded with promotional codes & discounts.

App is Underdeveloped, No drivers available when needed. For months have tried to use this rideshare as an option other than the readily available apps with little/ no avail. Although the marketing is targeting women, I wouldn't recommend any stranded woman to wait over an hr for a ride, service is usually unavailable and extremely slow with customer communication and correspondence .

I think it's a great service up until I needed to reach someone to inquire about being overcharged. They replied after I reached out a second time and never came back with a resolution at all. Nothing. Not even a sorry we can't reimburse you. I really want to support this service, but do I if I am not appreciated enough to communicate about my charges. I've used HERRIDE at least 7x and now what... ugh don't fall into that service bracket ladies. I have faith in you I really do.
