Unfortunately there's nothing fluid, friendly, or easy to use about heritage bank app. It's a colossal disaster and a total nightmare. It never opens, when it does it refuses to go through with transactions. There is always a problem with the bank service. This is an app you can't trust! More often than not you'll be left stranded and embarrassed when trying to make a payment for an item you've picked or service you've use. If there was a star lower than 1 I would have picked it begrudgingly.

Heritage bank please I beg of you try to make banking easy for your consumers this app is total trash I can't transfer I can't do anything except buy data and see my account balance. what is the use of an app if I can't do a proper transfer without either going to the bank or a POS stand. it's really the worst app I've ever used even the ussd is nonsense it's deducting money from my account yet it doesn't transfer the money. A whole bunch of nonsense!

I'm a new user and I've been having issues registering on the HBpadie. At the "enter pan number", the last 4 digits of my atm didn't work, so also is the first 4 numbers. Learnt on an instructional video to enter card last 4 digits, but still it's not working.. You guys should do something about this app, please!
