Amazing app, has been very reliable for me the past few years.... but now that you need to subscribe, it is blocked with NO WAY TO SUBSCRIBE?? I really want to subscribe and support this local business but there is no link to do so?! Fix it!! Or your loyal customers won't be loyal and will reluctantly go to the 311 app instead (which is really not a good app, by the way)

I have no issue paying for Info-Neige. It's 10$ a year, negligible. in fact, I subscribed on the first day it was available, Dec 15th. Their city funding was pulled so they need money to maintain the app. It still has better notifications than the 311 app and is easier/faster to navigate and the price is seriously low. The app broke last week and they fixed it in a few days, their support was pretty responsive.

UPDATE DUE TO NEW COST: I *wish* the city hadn't pulled funding for this, because the app still does exactly what it claims to do, but the integration of the snow clearing info into the 311 app is... not ideal, so our household is seriously contemplating paying the $5/season to install it on one of our services, in order to start getting useful notifications again, once they iron out the subscription issues...
