super freaking annoying that once every couple months it forgets my password. so I go to reset it. and then it locks me out of the account. God forbid there be some sort of 24 hour line since it gets to a point it won't let me reset the password. 10/10 do not recommend this app until they fix its nonsense

The company running this app should really take a look at the Chime bank card mobile app and it's features. There isn't any real notifications when you deposit, move funds, or make a purchase or a simple notification in the morning letting you know your account balance, that may seem small to a lot of people but it's huge to some of us!

I've been getting frequent crashes for a while now that are making my phone recommend putting the app in deep sleep to improve battery life. After this last update, it is entirely unusable and is triggering a warning upon opening that states "Application has violated security policies and will be shut down (1839:A510)", followed by the app closing. I've tried reinstalling, as well as clearing cache and data, didn't help. I hope this gives some insight towards fixing whatever is going on.
