InvCapMl, transforms the user's SMARTfone into a pocket electronic calculator terminal (T.C.E.B)
Take stock control of your small business in a simple way, create your own budgets, transform it into a currency or temperature converter, program it to keep the final count of your store's cash register, or create a system to control the entry and exit of the workers of your company. This and more is what IvnCapMl offers the user. Do not hesitate and feel like discovering what this T.C.E.B can offer you.
InvCapMl allows several tasks:
Edition: the application's edition system will allow you to create an unlimited number of templates with which to work later.
Collection: Like a database, InvCapML allows you to collect data of many types, by grouping them into records.
Search: through the filters, the pointer field or the search criteria, you will be able to retrieve the information of the data that you save within the application. Imagine being able to have a database with your clients in one section, to be able to retrieve them from another, dedicated to making budgets.
Calculation: through the calculator field, the expressions and the series functions, max, min, autosum... The application allows you to perform calculations within your templates.
Connection: connects the sections of a memory with each other, through the fields, Insert, Delete, Update... In this way you will be able, for example, to update several records of one section, from another.
Reports: InvCapML allows the creation of reports in excel sheet format. When you create a new report, it stays open in the application's memory, allowing the user to enter the information collected in their templates into it. Once the report is finished, you can save it for later viewing, transfer it to your computer or send it by email.
Import: If you want to create a database and you already have that data in an excel sheet, you can import it directly to your device. For this feature to work, the excel sheet must have its records in the following way: each row of the sheet will be a record and each cell of the row will be a data of the record contained in that row. In addition, the data contained in each cell must be of the same type and number as those contained in the structure of the section where they are going to be deposited.
External templates: anyone can transfer their templates or captures to your device, either by mail, by bluethoo, drive... From the main menu you can import these files to use them within your InvCapML. It is recommended to have a file explorer installed on your device to search for the memories, or captures to import. In this version, InvCapML does not come with an explorer as standard, I usually use IeExplorer, but you can install any other.
