Send tickets to attendees and scan barcodes at the door. Managing your small event has never been easier! Whether it’s a concert, or private event, be the Event Ticket Hero!

We collect no fees from ticket sales. Collect payment by cash or other means available to you, then use Event Ticket Hero to issue the tickets!
Sending tickets electronically to ticketholders has never been easier. Share them by email, text, or social media. You can even print them through a connected printer!

Administrating the event is also simple. The list of ticket holders can be sorted alphabetically or by ticket number. Attendee’s contact information can be entered in the app to allow for easy ticket distribution. It also makes it easy for the event planner to communicate with ticket holders in the future as needed.

With Event Ticket Hero Premium, you can use Dropbox to sync events and ticket lists between devices. This way, you can use a different device to scan tickets at the door than you used to create the tickets!

During the event, tickets can be scanned for entrance and exit. Visual scanning feedback and optional audio feedback makes it easy to distinguish between valid and invalid entries.

All ticket scanning history is stored on the device scanning tickets. To ensure a ticket is only used once for entry, it is important that a single device is used to scan tickets at the door.

This also means that no internet access is required at the event! Even if your concert is in a basement or your private party is at a remote setting off the grid, you can be an Event Ticket Hero!

The App is amazing except for one problem. Can't edit the ticket after it's been save. so if someone cancel I can't change the name. If I delete a ticket the ticket numbers doesn't line up. struggling to find the perfect app

We had a major issue with this app and I jumped the gun and left a bad review and how sorry I am, these guys didn't take any time at all to fully investigate our problem and they solved it in no time at all, they were fast to respond and stayed in contact and resolved our issue and even offered a full refund while keeping full access to the app, we refused the refund as we're so impressed by the customer service, thanks so much 🙏

The app is definitely what I need. It does have one short coming in that the app only makes provision for one type of ticket per event. Our events would have more than one type of tickets per event. If that functionality can be added it would be appreciated.
