App is not at all market-ready. Door unlock log entries go missing. Timed entry is only allowed for pin pad and not for fingerprint. Troubleshooting issues related to log events involves reseting the lock( defeating the very purpose of having log entries) These are really basic in a smart lock. When you pay over 10k to get such a poorly made product, not worth at all.

Not happy with the Qubo camera and app experience. The app sometimes keeps loading and nothing happens. Camera-to-app sync often fails. I purchased the Gold Plan for cloud recording, but motion/person detection recordings are missing many times. Phone alerts also arrive after 1–2 minutes, which is too slow for a security camera. Overall the app feels laggy and unreliable.

Worst camera brand, very Bad product, never go for any camera of Qubo, don't buy Qubo product, pathetic product with very rude service, mo solutions after so many follow ups. I've purchased Qubo 2mp camera 2 years back and having issues on that from 1st month itself, every time got disconnected automatically and have to reset every time and took lot of time to set up camera, and after 2 year of purchase, camera fails to scan QR code to set up and now service centre executive insist to buy new.
