Don't buy or want your money or use it if you're a new age user - the app is very basic. No Selective Device Sharing, can't add any member, need to share login credentials, that's keep on logging out. login session handling is very bad. if you turned only any feature or want to turn on you'll have very hard time. can't manage workspace, can rename device - worst part is you'll have this experience even if you're a paying customer 😢😭

It's a very buggy app. In the recent times, it doesn't show the added devices. Rather only shows add device every time I open the app. The device too, that is connected to Google Home app, gets disconnected from the home app after a few days. update: why should I setup camera for setting up smart plug? it's not allowing me to setup the smart plug without a camera.

Unreliable app notifications, fed up of constantly restarting, resetting and what not. Sends notifications when it feels like. I used to work in tech support myself and I'm posting this after already trying all basic steps in the app. You can't expect a customer to waste time every day on troubleshooting. This is a security camera, not a toy. The company needs to get their act together
