The app experience is poor. You cannot download the event video directly from the app, even though there is a download option, it does not work. No way to speed up the video playback, if there a long video recorded, you will have to watch all of it to see specific fram which consumes a lot of time. In case of continuous recording, no way to download video by specifying start and end time. Even though the hardware is capable enough, the software experience ruins everything.

I'm extremely disappointed in qubo cam 360 2k. Initially it was working very nicely. Then the UI & some updates later, it doesn't work properly at all. Doesn't detect wifi, doesn't connect, now it doesn't even read the wifi qr after reset. Not a very long term user friendly device. Updates have just brought it down even more.

Very poor coding. This process that hardware can be copied, but not the software. 1. Commands don't go through 99%time when the app use from RAM. 2. UI/UX is very sad. 3. Why cant they allow multiple device login when the product is used by multiple people... Should have gone through the TP Link Smart app.
