I am using this app for a bullet camera. There are multiple issues with it. 1) It freezes upon start and doesn't load on many occasions. 2) The playback of recording isn't smooth and hangs multiple times even on a good broadband connection. 3) The camera's person detection isn't accurate and there are many false or no detections. 4) An option for continuous recording is required due to point no. 3.

Update: no use contacting support. App hasn't changed one bit. Still unintuitive and still takes too long to load even on a 150mbps fiber connection. This is pretty lazy development. Update: moving to TPlink Vigi. Qubo sucks! I gave a year and the app hasn't changed a bit! I have emailed and tried to give them feedback. But all on deaf ears.

This app needs lot of improvement samw as its products. I am using this app for my cameras and experience is very worst. 1. If you click on one video you have to close app then only another video will be played. 2. Download facilty should be in mobile device or device from where app can be operated. 3. If we preset any position of camera and if motion is active camera is positioned in some wierd direction where nothing can be captured. This is very pathetic. 4. App keeps crashing 😩
