The Hero Medication Dispenser is the best decision I've ever made when it comes to storing/dispensing my meds. My Hero keeps count of my pills. It let's me know when I need a refill. The dispenser is Wi-Fi operated. So it sends reminders to my phone when it's time for my medication. My Hero has an app that controls various features. It also holds up to ten medications that you can control with a pin number. So I encourage anyone who's tired of the pill boxes/setting reminder purchase one!

Pros: The process for getting the machine was facilitated by a NP. Delivery was fairly quick. Hero customer service is friendly and responsive. The machine is easy to use for English readers. Cons: HELP is difficult to reach, they have taken up to 2 days to respond. No Spanish on machine. No settings for low pill warning on app. Machine needs to be refilled about every 2-3 weeks for large pills. Would be nice to be able to use 2 cubes for larger pills. edit: less 1 * way too long to wait

The device is nightmare to get setup. It fails on anything but the oldest networks, its fails registration over and over, the support repose (from a sales person) was to return it. In my experience, the device is completely unreliable and I cannot deploy it in good conscience given its need to be reliable. Very disappointed in a premium device.
