Third edit: made multiple attempts to contact the developers and got no response. It's been over a year of problems with the app and no acknowledgement. It's no wonder they lost their contract with Medicare, because neither the device or app does not reliably or consistently work as intended. It does what it does well great, when it works. The problem is it doesn't work more often than it does, and tech support is of no help.

The machine itself is super noisy, but I am on a lot of medications and it's such a pain doing that myself, even to refill a thing each week. The app was stuck on the "did you take your 7:30 medication" for about 24 hours. Nothing I didn't made it go away, but I opened the app the next day and it went away itself. So that was kind of sucky! (I have their email and number in case that happens again though!). Besides that, everything in the app is so easy to use!

Best. Purchase. Ever! We have an epileptic in our home, as well as someone who takes sleep meds that have to be closely monitored, and I, myself, have dementia so remembering everyone's dosing times and quantities is a real challenge. This machine helps out so much! It keeps track of all the medications, shows alerts, and even notifications when something is dispensed. The app is clearly defined and easy to use. Such a huge help! Love it!
