The device has been super helpful with mostly no issues. However, they recently sent an update to the machine that makes it very difficult to get a missed dose from the machine even if you are still within the window of time to take it. The initial command for the button is to skip the dose and once you get passed that, you have to press additional buttons to get it to actual dispense. It is very frustrating.

Originally, I had some issues with the device. Great pill dispenser, and now that they have added the app, it has better visualization. 👍 I'm definitely glad I made the purchase. Was a software button that locked out front button controls. " remote dispensing" problem resolved.

I spoke to them again on 9.3.24. I've had my dispenser for 4 years. I've repeatedly reported a technical issue 3.5 years. I've simply been lied to repeatedly about the system requirements. If support had just been honest from the beginning I wouldn't be writing this review. I paid my subscription 2 years in advance. They told me 9.3.24 if I cancel they would not refund me for my advance payment. If you're looking for a medication dispenser, take another look at the other options in the market.
