Pros: The process for getting the machine was facilitated by a NP. Delivery was fairly quick. Hero customer service is friendly and responsive. The machine is easy to use for English readers. The app is useful. Cons: Customer service is difficult to reach, they have taken up to 2 days to respond. No Spanish on machine. No settings for low pill warning on app. Machine needs to be refilled about every 2-3 weeks for large pills. Would be nice to be able to use 2 cubes for larger pills.

I spoke to them again on 9.3.24. I've had my dispenser for 4 years. I've repeatedly reported a technical issue 3.5 years. I've simply been lied to repeatedly about the system requirements. If support had just been honest from the beginning I wouldn't be writing this review. I paid my subscription 2 years in advance. They told me 9.3.24 if I cancel they would not refund me for my advance payment. If you're looking for a medication dispenser, take another look at the other options in the market.

I love this device and app. It saves me from the backache of filling pill boxes I am also visually impaired and that doubles the difficulty of using pill boxes. The device reminds me when running out of a medication and when it's time to take Schedules are easy & flexible to set up. 24/7 support is professional & courtious. though rarely needed. Device is high quality and have had the same unit for years without incident.
