Heroica Visita is a business platform developed for managing and monitoring activities performed by external field teams. The solution is designed to allow for the structured recording of technical visits, business services, audits, and on-site data collection, with real-time synchronization to a central management environment.
The platform connects the work done in the field with the organization's strategic management layer, offering activity traceability, process standardization, and the generation of operational metrics.
The system consists of two main components:
1. Mobile application (Android)
Used by field teams to register visits, fill out forms, and perform check-in/check-out of completed activities.
2. Web management platform
Used by managers to monitor operations, view consolidated data, generate reports, and monitor performance indicators.
