At Heru we act as a completely independent entity and we are not affiliated nor do we collaborate directly with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) or with any other government entity.

Sources of tax information:
All tax information provided through our platform comes from the public web services established by the SAT so that any taxpayer in Mexico can access and download said information.

Cybersecurity and information management:
At Heru we are committed to keeping your tax information updated and accurate at all times in order to provide complete visibility over it. Likewise, we are committed to safeguarding and processing said information under strict cybersecurity measures.

Additionally, in the app, within the main menu of your Tax Profile you can find a simple and clear option called "Deregister tax account", with which you can unlink and delete your tax profile and tax data collected immediately at any time. .

Be careful it's a scam and then they will use your taxes data without your permission

Contraté en mes el mes de Octubre (antes de la fecha límite de entrega) para la declaración del mes de Septiembre, pasaron 10 días y me llegó una notificación de incumplimiento del SAT, les escribí y solo me dijeron que había contratado el mes de Octubre (en curso), que para Septiembre ya era un servicio de contratación atrasado (provocado por ellos), no te resuelven nada y te repiten lo mismo, ESTAFADORES, voy a Profeco

Pésimo servicio tardan hasta 8 horas en contestar un mensaje no hay comunicación alguna y se atrasaron con mis declaraciones mensuales.
