Localhost Finder removes the repetitive setup required to open a development server running on your PC from an Android phone.
Run your local web app on the computer, enter its port in Localhost Finder, and the app scans your local network for the reachable endpoint. When it finds the service, you can open it directly in your browser or copy the URL.
Useful for testing Spring Boot, Vite, React, Angular, Grafana, Swagger UI, admin panels, internal tools, and other local web applications on a real Android device.
Core features:
• Find a local development server by port
• Detect both HTTP and HTTPS endpoints
• Support local HTTPS development servers using self-signed or otherwise untrusted development certificates during discovery
• Add an optional path such as /swagger-ui/index.html
• Remember recent ports so you do not need to type the same values repeatedly
• Copy or open discovered URLs
• Clear previous scan results and run another scan
• No PC agent required • Local-network discovery is processed on your device
• No advertising or analytics SDKs
Localhost Finder Pro is an optional one-time upgrade that adds:
• Multiple ports in a single scan
• Full TCP port discovery
• Saved named profiles
• Auto-open when exactly one web endpoint is found
• Developer Mode with response headers and diagnostics
• Theme mode and accent-color customization
The app is intended for development and testing on networks you are authorized to use. Results can depend on firewall settings, server binding, Wi-Fi client isolation, and other local-network configuration.
Find and open local development servers on your phone over Wi-Fi.
