I really liked how easy the HOA toolkit was to use. In areas without a lot of service...you move much faster along than sitting and waiting for the ipad to spin and wait. I really like the fact you can start typing the address and it brings the address up instead is searching on a 2 cloumn list. I don't care of the map....but that is just my preference. Great new tool! Thank you.

Overall good app. I have one issue with a large community where a sub association will not populate all of the addresses, even though I have reset the VMS GEO mapping several times. I was told that it was "Mother Google" that was causing the issue. I painstakingly went into Google maps and requested edits and updates of the address for this 58 home sub association, however only 2 of the 58 homes show up. I can manually search and they will populate. Very tedious when completing an inspection.

Logging into the app was quick. Choosing the properties to inspect was quick. The satellite view looked really good. The view shows the street numbers on the houses as well. It's user friendly and I feel this will be a great app to utilize.
