Hetal is a great way to earn some extra money while shopping. Simply record store aisles while you’re already doing your shopping and we’ll get you paid up to $10 for 10 min! When you sign up, add your local stores (grocery, Target, etc.) and we’ll notify you when recording sessions are available to reserve. All videos must be taken with the Hetal app and must be high quality (i.e. not blurry) in order to be paid.

So here is some constructive feedback to take back to your app support team and partners. The app is very straightforward. The biggest issue is the storage the app is doing on the phone as you complete videos. I have to make sure I clear app data to keep my phone from slowing down. The solution for this is to have options for storing data to external storage like microSD cards. Also, we should be able to pick recorded videos individually to upload vs. group upload for data consistency.

There is no way it should take over an hour for these videos to load when I'm using wifi! This has to be fixed. The fact that I have to constantly sit in the stores because the videos aren't loading is very frustrating! Now you can only do one session at a time and if videos are clearly still loading, I have to go home, let them upload and then go right back out to do another session. How is that convenient? Also, last week, a session was $17.50 for 23 isles and now I'm only getting $10. What!?

been using this for over a year now and the payout time has really declined over the last couple months. the approval and payout would be there usually by the next night, sometimes even the same day if you recorded in the morning, now I'm waiting most of a whole week, approval taking days longer and the money taking a day or two after that. the payouts aren't enough to warrant traveling very far so I would only recommend this if you don't mind waiting and you have stores close to you.
