Important parameters of the drying process (product moisture content, temperature, amount and temperature of drying air, amount of dried product, etc.) are continuously logged by the system. The temperature status of the drying equipment is also recorded, which graphically stores the temperature distribution of the drying modules of the equipment in the form of a heat map. This information can be viewed retrospectively and provides information on the consistent operation of the dryer. By reviewing the data, the user can check the correct operation and, if necessary, initiate an intervention in the drying process.
In the event of exceeding the pre-set temperature alarm threshold or other critical operational abnormalities, the system sends an immediate notification to the user's mobile device, drawing attention to the need for immediate intervention.
You can also view the device's operating log, which contains all information related to operation (currently running processes, settings, error messages, etc.)
The application offers the possibility to view and download the operation and maintenance instructions for the dryer, the user instructions for the control software and other documents.
HETECH supports manufacturer/customer contact by displaying newsletters and system messages.
