About this app
Description
You can install the HEUFT CustomerApp on your Android smartphone. You can use the app to start the HEUFT TeleService live streaming. Further functions will follow.
You can download the HEUFT CustomerApp directly from the HEUFT DeviceSupport customer portal. Using your customer portal access data you can login to the app (see separate customer information 20.2 HEUFT DeviceSupport).
Further components may be required for using the individual services (such as HEUFT GATEWAYII, licences, software versions etc.).
Peripheral conditions
•active remote service connection via HEUFT GATEWAYII with licence HBGITRS05 for the HEUFT TeleService live streaming
•internet connection via mobile telephony or WLAN on the smartphone
System requirements
•smartphone with Android operating system (version 7 or higher)
•smartphone camera for the live streaming function
