About this app
This is the Android app for employees of HEUFT Group.
After installation, you can log in to the HEUFT portal with your access data.
The app has the following functions:
• HEUFT TeleService live streaming
• HEUFT TeleService Chat
• Number resolution for calls from HEUFT employees and customers
• Access and use of the CRM
• Scanning of our spare parts
• Writing and sending trade fair reports
• Access to help documents via QR codes
• Employee search
Some Android permissions are required to ensure proper use, e.g. to enable phone number resolution.
In addition, further HEUFT components (e.g. HEUFT GATEWAYII, licences, software versions, portal rights, etc.) may be required to use the individual services.
Environmental conditions for live streaming:
• Active remote service connection via the HEUFT GATEWAYII for HEUFT TeleService live streaming
• Internet connection via mobile phone or WLAN on the smartphone
• Smartphone camera
