The ads are short! Most only 5 seconds! The numbers on the pieces are helpful. And I like how the top goal number counts down as you progess thru the puzzle. I only wish there was a little more outside the game - such as backgrounds to unlock. But I love that it is not "pay to play". And I like that I am not competing with other people.

If you have been looking for a hex game that allows you to play strategically, this is it. The tiles DO NOT roll in unpredictable directions every time. The reason for three stars is there are two ads between levels (the first one is very short), and there's not a no-ads option. I'm afraid this might be the future of gaming. I've decided to dump all the games that force me to watch multiple ads between (or during) each level, and stick with the ones that respect users with a no-ads option.

It's a great game that is challenging, the only thing I don't like about it is that the coins won during a game (30) are woefully insufficient to buy the tools needed to help you win by comparison (typically 800 to 1200 coins.). If they ran from 150 to 400 it would be more fun.
