About this app

Keep your academic essentials together with NUST - A Student App, an independent
student companion for GPA planning, academic portals and campus updates.

ACADEMIC SNAPSHOT
Connect your Qalam account to view synced academic details in the app, including
your current CGPA, the latest available semester GPA and attendance summaries.
View available timetable information, LMS deadlines and invoice or challan
details from the academic details page. Synced summaries show their source and
last-sync time, with access to the official portals for verification.

OPTIONAL PORTAL CONNECTION
Choose whether to save your portal credentials for password autofill and
automatic academic sync when you open the app. Saved credentials are stored
locally on your device and used to sign in to the official portals; they are not
sent to Hexagone servers. Turn the connection off at any time in Settings.
Synced summaries remain available offline. Settings also includes a control to
delete saved app data.

GPA PLANNER
Plan your CGPA and SGPA, adjust course grades and credit hours, and compare the
estimated effect on your CGPA. Import available previous terms and graded
courses from Qalam into your planner instead of entering everything manually.
Keep and edit your planning entries locally.

ABSOLUTE SCORE CALCULATOR
Enter assessment weights, total marks and your marks to calculate weighted
lecture and lab scores. Use the calculator to understand your course assessments.

QALAM AND LMS ACCESS
Open the official academic portals within the app to access the information and
materials available to your account. Optional autofill makes signing in easier.

CAMPUS UPDATES AND DOCUMENTS
Select your campus to browse available news, notices and download pages. Open and
manage documents saved from supported Qalam, LMS and campus pages in the app's
Downloaded files section.

LIGHT AND DARK APPEARANCE
Use the refreshed interface with light and dark themes, clear academic cards and
compact planning controls.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Portal access requires an internet connection and a valid account. Imported
information depends on what your campus and official portals make available;
sync is not a live feed and may be delayed or unavailable. GPA projections and
weighted-score calculations are planning estimates, not official results.
Repeated courses, rounding and university rules may affect your official GPA.
Always verify important academic and payment information in the official portals.
